Job Description

The Cleaner/Cook (Female) is a support role to PIN staff and expats. providing service in day-to - day delivery of responsive, effective and efficient administrative activities in support to PIN expats.

1. Cleaning PIN rooms

  • Make the beds: The cleaner/cook should make the beds with clean sheets and wash the sheets, pillowcases, and blankets.
  • Clean the bathrooms: The cleaner/cook should clean the bathrooms with a disinfectant cleaner. Should focus on cleaning the toilet, sink, bathtub, and shower. Should also clean the mirrors and faucets.
  • Vacuum the floors: The cleaner/cook should vacuum the floors with a vacuum cleaner. They should pay attention to the corners and under the furniture.
  • Dust the furniture: The cleaner/cook should dust the furniture with a feather duster or a vacuum cleaner with a dusting attachment. They should focus on dusting the surfaces of the furniture, as well as the blinds and curtains.
  • Empty dust bins: The cleaner/cook should empty the dust cans in the room and replace the liners. Should also take out the trash and recycling.
  • Check for damage or missing items: The cleaner/cook should check the room for any damage or missing items. Should report any damage or missing items to the management.

2. Cleaning common areas:

  • Sweep and mop the floors: The cleaner/cook should sweep and mop the floors with a broom and a mop. They should pay attention to the corners and under the furniture.

GENERAL EMPLOYEES OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Employer stipulates the right to assign the Employee any other kind of work derived from his specialization. In case of urgent work and such like the Employee may be asked to work overtime as well as during public and other holidays.
  • Adhering to all PIN policies and procedures at all times including those stipulated in National Staff Handbook, Child Protection Policy, Security Standard Operating procedures, etc.
  • Punctual attendance to work including both working hours in the assigned off
